Not sure what mods you may be running, but it was built with vanilla.

Enjoy the idea but the AI is screwed up for some reason on the soviet side. They're interception all the harpoons even with swarms and EW help. Worst part is they usually get intercepts with the first shots of their main guns. Not sure if there's a mod confliction or not but I needed to close it out after the 4th salvos being blown up.
