There are no victory conditions for the US Player. When I go into the Dev mode the victory trigger is the same for the Soviet side, which means its technically impossible to win this scenario because there are no win conditions.

I actually just learned the ai Oscars won't fire missiles (game limitation right now).
So this is just an extremely basic ASW mission until that's added to the game...
