It isn't?
In game and in custom scenarios go to the ALL tab and use the search bar to type 'vampire plague''
or alternatively, subscribe via this page and then in-game go to custom scenarios ---> subscribed tab go to.

If those does not work, it is a problem with your version of the game or the country where you live.

I love this scenario! Also this inspired the whole shadow plague and I commend you for basically introducing a new plague XD

To the creator of this scenerio, something that looks very much like this is going to be added to the game itself through Ndemic (They are adding a new plague soon). So either this scenerio caught their eye and it ascended...or....I don't know...

When you realise the bottom pictures look like as if a human was becoming a vampire but the real game has the same Necroa Virus looks

It's the necroa virus, it's meant to be cured fast.
You should use the vampires(zombies) to infect the whole world. It doesn't matter if you have enough zombies. So stay low in the beginning and when the cure reaches 100 you use the active abilities to spread out the zombies.

Cure goes ridiculously fast; it feels like theres only a very specific way to win and doesn't allow for much flexibility.

That would be very nice, however i have lost all of the original files of the scenario after a crash.
So, I cannot change anything. This is the final fase of this scenario it seems.

The cure shouldn't matter because you're a necroa virus and you should have a lot of 'Vampires' which aren't affected by the cure. So... keep trying :)

First thing - when it comes out, make sure to turn off events that are not counterable by th existing symptoms. example - iCure app.

you need to have Plague inc Evolved then go to single player and to custom scenario's if you are already subscribed go to the subscribed menu you should see vampire plage 2.0 there.
