Sure
Definitely not all, f.e. O&T has no vehicles. Also it has very few uniforms (only 28 according to the description), whereas this mod has almost that number just for civilian uniforms, plus all the proper military clothing.
So tl;dr my mod has stuff O&T doesn't have, and vice versa.
I can get some, tho >75% of it is readily available through f.e. Armed Assault Fandom or other sites detailing unused content.

Sorry, I got the description wrong - was supposed to be "pointers" (i.e. pistol flashlight) instead of "optics". I'll fix it in the description.
Glad I could shed some new light on these suits :)
Also of note is that the RGB assignment system used by Arma is rather... weird, to say the least. I'm not very knowledgeable of it, but there should be info about it on the Bohemia Wiki and/or in other sources online. Saying this just in case anyone is interested in creating their own VR suits.
Actually I used this exact post for reference on a lot of uniforms and most of vehicles (unfortunately it wasn't an all-in-one resource because it was missing vest and headwear textures, but they were pretty well-documented on the Armed Assault Fandom). In all honesty, I don't know why the black VR suit was posted there - might as well have posted any other color in its place, because of the reason the lights on the suit require as much as any solid color (maybe even camos/patterns can work, but dunno how its texture is mapped because it doesn't physically exist).
Truth be told I didn't even know about this mod (Missing Units, MU for short) before you mentioned it. But from a quick look at the mod's description:
- MU is focusing on actually implementing the unused content, and far as I can tell it makes up factions just for the sake of more variety; meanwhile, my mod is only adding equipment, without implementing it anywhere (which leaves freedom to the end user in how the mod is used, i.e. no made-up factions or other clutter)
- MU may or may not have all the unused content unlocked/implemented, and it's hard to tell what it has or doesn't have from the rather short description
So tl;dr my mod is more of a resource rather than an end-user mod.
VR suits are an interesting case. The reason for that is that their lights, in fact, don't use any textures - they utilize pure color data, which means there can be millions of different light colors done by just simple config editing - no retexturing required.
As for the "black" suit (RGB(0, 0, 0)) in particular, I'm not exactly sure if I want to add it - it has no use in vanilla (every side has a suit already), and is not considered unused content (no texture for it exists). I did found out I missed another texture (Iranian scientist clothes) so I'll add it ASAP, but I think I'll leave the black VR suit for others to implement.
All my "plans" (possible stuff) are listed at the bottom of the description.
As for the Tempest MRL in particular, I'm unable to add it simply because the model for it doesn't exist in the game's files. I would love to see it tho, but it's just not possible at this time.
