Yes, this addon does not trigger buttons from all damage, just player bullets. I could change this as my friend already had me make an alternative version before we knew about NextKurome's mod, but you would be better off just getting that addon.

ill try using nextkurome76thesoldier's one instead

I just tried using wiremod turrets to fire bullets onto buttons to activate them, but it seems the mod errors out

i think it was fixed in the x64 build or it occurs with a pirated version of hls, i could however tell the laser entities to place no decals and add that to said map patch

Speaking of your experience, I noticed you're the creator of the HLS Map Patch. You told another commenter there that the decals in the laser room were fixed in the Resized Maps, but it was still broken for them, and it is for me too. If you don't mind telling me, have you found any fix for that or know anything about what might be causing that so I can play that map without that broken decal?

besides using the EntityFireBullets hook would mess with swep bases like TFA (from experiences i had with other people complaining)
