If EnabledTime doesn't work, it's possibly due to an error in one of your scripts that is causing the loading of the settings to fail, since this didn't happen to me.
Ghost issue may be fixed in next update, I have figured out a method and am testing to see if it works.
Ladder issue is unsolvable by script, I think. It's texture related, and replaced by a custom texture may fix it, I guess.
Try using Notepad++, delete setting file and recreate (by script).
