It's not my map, but I totally understand the fact that we don't have to modify our PC to play.
The author doesn't know the region system yet, it's his first map, I'd tell him to make a region system when we find out how to do it, I have the same problem on my own map.
The map works perfectly on my side.
Maybe you should check the region file of the map.
It is currently in “fr”.
Go to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\311210\3381518982
and modify the “fr_zm_los_santos_customs.ff” and .xpak with your region.
