i've looked through the game files and force changed the requirement for the mod, and now i think i understood why it wont work. ptm and ptm (BETA) are two different mods in the game's sight, therefore it cant have a variety of mod requirement, the requirement can be set as either one, the other, or both

it doesnt let me turn the mod on without the original ptm, and ignores the beta version of it
