This was going to be my current prison this month, So I started with 20 inmates, and sure enough after a short period of time the cooks stop cooking completely. Anyone may download and use my design if you wish, or for testing purposes. I didn't get a chance to finish wiring everything up yet, but 1 wing is open, and an operational (but broken) kitchen.
