manually downloading part 2 of oldrpg redeemed from te4.org , editing the characters desc.lua file and adding the addon entry back in seems to fix the problem. also everytime it wasn't working while testing, the game tried to download this part again and again, everytime there was an update check. maybe the steam workshop file got corrupted?

for some reason it just stopped working on 1 of my characters. i didn't switch the tileset myself, i just moved down a level in the heart of the gloom and it loaded the ascii tileset with it. weirdly enough this save file is now missing oldrpg part 2 in it's mod list. i created another character as a test and the tileset just works fine there but it still doesn't work with the other character. manually deleting and downloading the files again doesn't change anything. maybe you can look into it? weird bug dude huh

ACTIM - They are part of the same package. Due to upload size requirements, it had to be split.
