perhaps i misunderstood. ill check wiki. they got "sick" and it progressed to "very sick"

-UoG did you got actual sickness? Or a npc got disease?
I see Noa added a sanity modifier to the code, have no time to investigate today though.
Insanity and paralyze well, were not removed.

Does this only work for players?
