the game generally does already do this unless you have a massive fear stat with all the AIs (And even then france decided even though its fear stat was 9 I wasn't supremacist enough so I must die and they will do this with ONE COMBAT ROVER XD) as long as the ai's don't agree with you politically (which turned out great because everyone also hated each other that game and therefore when I got declared apon i was allied with all my fellow puritans who actually had militaries at the time (though i would note that the ai cannot break a smart defense with the whole of the russian, US, german and north korean militaries all combined vs my 2 combat rovers 6 tacjets 2 lev forts and a planet carver which i had deployed from killing aliens that were annoying my station buds that were giving me +1 energy)

Is there any possible way to change it so that those who share your Affinity don't DOW? I'm not really understanding why a Purity civ would go bonkers over an Exodus Gate and I DO like to have some allies.

If you made it that 5 turns before the wonder is done they all ask at the same time for new world order/world peace/cooperation agreements between all of them. Then the war declaring thing would make much more sense.

If the AI of BE is the same as Civ 5, then they fucked up. The AI should be IMPROVED, not a carbon copy.

Good idea but unfortunately, I had the same experience as a couple of other posters. Africa built the beacon, and immediately he and two others DOWed me. Even had co-op agreements & open borders with two of them.

Can't say it wasn't entertaining to try to fend off a ninja gang rape attempt down 3 or 4 affinity points, but I'm guessing this isn't how it's supposed to work?

About tying it to affinity... Maybe it could be set up so that sides that share your affinity don't declare war, or even side with you if you have positive relations with them. It might also be interesting to see a mod that allowed for minor victories if another civ gets an affinity victory and you have both good relations with them and share the affinity.

There's really no way to make the AI actually rush the player, without doing something like actually spawning military units in the player's base.

It's unfortunate that Beyond Earth has such godawful AI but this is as much as I can do to help it.

Dittto what Blade said. I was playing with this mod. Built and activated the beacon. All the AIs declared war. But then during the final 30 turns they attacked maybe 3 times? And that was with only one unit. Good idea, but what's the point if the AI is so wimpy?

Played several games this doesn't work if AI builds end game wonder, other AI's declare on me but not the AI that built the wonder.

Good idea, but it should done based on affinity. Make it rock - paper - scissors, as to who will declare war on whom. If it's a harmony wonder, have purity automatically declare war, and supremacy declares war based on relationship with whoever built the harmony wonder. That way it feels more realistic. I do like the mod though, I just think tying it to affinity would make it even better if you were willing/able to do so.

I want to see a mod like this but forces a war between the affinities. Not sure what to have trigger it but I always thought a war of the affinities sounded cool.
