Played a little of the 1st mission, its way to choppy, the trees look terrible especially from distance and do nothing but eat performance, and the planes just fly into the ground and explode when chasing down enemy fighters. Hard pass, which is a shame as it sounded interesting.

I also get the same issue as 'ThatOneP51Guy'. My submarine lost contact to the enemy fleet and then they just entirely disappeared. Not a single trace. all 4 of the tigerfish i fired lost tracks and just couldnt search.

I have a problem that I have never seen before on the last mission. I was completely destroying their "new" fleet and only had 3-4 ships left and I was just slowly getting rid of them with air launched anti ship missiles. I had lost NO friendly assets. the perfect mission, but randomly, every enemy contact disappeared, completely gone! I used my recon planes and flew over the area and 100s of miles in every direction but there was nothing, no submarine contacts, not destroyed, just gone.

I'm getting a crash loading up scenario's since the update yesterday. Is that just me and does anyone know how to fix? Love this campaign btw!

Super great mod. Had issues on the 4th missions with aircraft crashing when taking off from the airport.

Odd! Land targets are ridiculous sometimes. Try a very large number of dumb and/or cluster bombs 😂

Also, in License to Kill, one of the industries seems to be totally invincible - unsure if it's bug or design? I've been hitting it with ships missiles, guns and plane CAS to no effect.

Sorry but quick question (i'm fairly new to the game so this could be a game issue not a mod issue) but my planes aren't landing on the airbase in mission 1 after they RTB?

Absolutely loved this mission pack. Just completed the final scenario and wow! Was challenging yet still friendly to intermediate players. felt great destroying the last vessel to truly 'rule the waves'!

Appreciate the work you're putting into these packs and mods Munro! Keep up the good work.

Could we get a single mod with all the required ships included please? It avoids cluttering the mod manager, taking ages to enable them and potentially screwing up the load order.

I have these mods in the correct order, and the scenarios won't load either. I even tried a clean sweep to re-instll relevant mods. No joy.

You must have all of the required mods enabled as well as the pearl of the orient in the game's mod manager

It should get its own folder in the scenario list called ‘Pearl of the Orient’ yes

Cracking set of missions, really goes to show why losing CVA-01 was such a fumble for the Royal Navy. Iconic as the harriers are, they are not suitable for near-peer SAG scraps. Great work!

if I may?

set the difficulty ratings to be more appropriate.

IE: mission 1 is a 2 star are best cuz you have the massive airfield to launch over 30 aircraft from.

If you want it to be a 4 star I'd say add more enemy aircraft that come in later, and more surface threats... maybe even some red tanks?

either way, really enjoyed your missions. thank you for putting in the time to build them.

First attempt to play this today. Behaved very buggy so mission would not complete.

Biggest issue was air power with fighters engaging about 25% of the time. Them even the Rapiers stopped working even though the bombers were circling around in range for ages. Then they would blink out of existence and instantly reappear 30-50km away.

Sunk their navy and about 70% of their attacking aircraft and lost 3 fighters. Was hoping that would be enough but mission would not end.

Looks fun though so will persevere and try some of the other scenarios as well

the missions involving the illustrious CVBG crash for me and only load 50%, any work arounds?

Great scenario! one major issue is realistical distances, particular in Empire Strikes back, since no CVBG worth its' name would enter the WEZ of shore-based AshM sites with the main CV, which also doesn't give the player any reaction time to set-up Air Ops / Naval operation plans. Additionally, the fleet formations are very random and does not offer good fleet air/AsW defence.

Played all missions in two sessions. This was really fun, well done! No issues encountered.

However, air combat is a real pain. Especially during the last mission, the Sea Harriers didn't even spend half their missiles, and the other half was micro'ed by me. Sadly this lost me two ships.

During the third mission, when the Aussies arrive, I focused my ASW efforts purely on protecting the convoy, just like the briefing told. What a suprise when two Foxtrots attacked my ships returing from shore bombardement. Don't know if this is a random placement, but that was a valueable lesson. Well done.

I added some advice about the tiger fish, they are deep water anti sub torps but due to the exploding issue the RN has figured out a workaround - fire them on a bearing - not at a target - they won’t plunge - then assign a target and they’ll run straight

Just completed the first Mission, the "tigersomething" torpedos, the ones with sonar are diving too deep and hit the Ground :D Forced me to go with an airstrike. Its fun that you have different options to approach. The Air situation solved itself, i just launched all F4s and gave them "weapons free" i lost 2 that got too close to the enemy ships, but they did a good job cleaning up the airspace

It seems when I try to play any mission it gets stuck on "Loading Terrain" Did I do something wrong?

@Whiplash yes I'm not sure why they do this but if you fire them on a bearing not at the target, then assign them to the target later, they will run at 50ft and not plunge

I imagine this isn't your fault but on the last mission the Tigerfish torpedos on the two subs all dive for the floor shortly after firing and blow up. Made dealing with that enemy fleet a lot trickier than it otherwise would have been.

Thanks for the campaign though - really enjoyed it! Falklands campaign next?

Frankly, sideofchickeN is having a skill issue. I launched two F4s while my rapiers did most of the work, losing just one F4 and an E3A.

I think the first mission is challenging, but fine.

The first mission is such a headache with how buggy sea power's air combat is, especially with the F4's. Launched all my aircraft and they all just went around in circles until my airbase got bombed and I lost. Doesn't help that there is 4 waves of like 10 MiG-17s too, making it almost impossible.

You get command of two different types in this mission pack, an Oberon and a Swiftsure. I will get around to the Churchill at some point
