I uploaded the Synergy version for the time being as a stop-gap. Let me know if there's any other bugs, as it seems to have fixed the missing textures on my end.

I will also be updating this at some point to make it use default texture paths, to add compatibility for other replacements.

I tried extracting your Synergy version of the mod into HL2, and it works flawlessly! so that might be a solution!

Hey V92! I downloaded the mod and it seems to be bugged, none of the citizens have any textures (they all look pink/black, the usual source engine missing texture error).
