If that mod effects the population value, cost, or build time of units then no. If it actually raises the unit cap then probably because thats a different file

I have it set to hidden for now, I'm trying to contact the creator of GaW to get permission to use their assets so that I don't run into anymore issues with that, however I'm not sure when I'll get a response since I really don't know if they're around anymore online. if I don't hear back within a reasonable length of time then I'll set the mod back to public until I can get a response from them regarding the assets which will either be a Yes or a No.

They are about 50% larger but it can be hard to tell, default Executor is 8 isd’s long and the full scaled is 12 isd’s.

go to Data\XML\Hardpoints\ then open the respective hardpoint category for your ship, find your ship in that file, then change the "<Fire_Range_Distance></Fire_Range_Distance>" the number used should be 1/2 the range you want the ship to have because 1 = 2 meters, so 6000 in the hardpoints file = 12km ingame. in that file you can edit other information like attack speed, pulse count, hardpoint health, etc. You'll have to edit the DAT file for text if you want the updated stats to appear in the units tooltip aswell since that isnt tied to those numbers
