@Gt42 I'm afraid I'm not at liberty to be updating other modder's mods to B42. I'd instead recommend to message the original modder (which you already have), or as a last resort option you can try to update it yourself. I have a (rough) template already set up in this mod, if you're willing to put in the effort to bring it up to the new build. But as said before, you should look for getting permission from the original modder to do something like that.

Hello @Ivalio! I'm not sure where to write this, but could you update the Porsche 918 Spyder's upgrades to B42 please? (It's using the old version)

@bastml That only applies for vehicle mods that do support the animated doors. As of right now this mod collection has no animations to begin with, and so is the armor add-on here until I wanna delve into the horrors that is animation. That goalpost is still miles away for me, so don't expect any animations for this any time soon.

side note why has no one made a tent interior? i mean people do more than just sleep in them, i was playing yesterday and had to stand out in the cold pouring rain, because my chara was'nt sleepy so i could not not enter the tent, which did me no favors since my chara was dealing with infection and massive blood loss, however i swear if someone slaps the rv interior onto a tent. i will lose my my dang mind. people have put it on a semi trailer a van a camper mounted ontop of a truck bed, calling it all rv interior like it the same thing, when its not. its them being to lazy to make anything from scratch is what it is i still enjoy the mods though lol

{ keep in in mind, these walking rot bags are all but brain dead, it wont check the vehicle the way a living person would} now that i think about it, those steel armor bars mounted you can install on top of the vehicle, why cant we just just secure a couple storage crate to that. another, idea is that one way looking glass, you can see in or in this case out. but nothing can see you even if there looking right at you, so why not use it to replace,s the vehicle two way glass.

so cool and useful as the upgrades, is for transport why not something new. like being able install storage compartments on the outside of the vehicle. of course, im thining about those vehicle types, that have small to medium sized storage, box's on them. im not talking about placing items in the trunk, or inside the vehicle it's because items do not stay in any kind of storage, unless you crafted the storage yourself and placed it, sure you can place your stuff in you base, but if your the type of player thats always, on the move. then your car or truck is your base, a idea i had, was that all seats but the driver seat, can be modified by players so they fold down flat almost. allowing players to lay ot a sleeping bag, zomboid wonders by, does not see anyone at the drivers seat. and lumbers on off into the distance

@Celwingi are you sure? I just checked both Builds w/ my mods even after the most recent update and I've found no incompatibilities between either. Did you make sure that you have your build's prerequisite mods? I need more information on why it doesn't work for you. Thanks.

@Ivailo, thats great to hear, absolutely no pressure dude, seeing as you're mostly a car mod author I definitely understand that, I just cant wait to stick some Heavy armor and spikes on the Covet lol, will be waiting for when thats possible.

@rosehip it is certainly a consideration, but for now my main goal is to just stick with the basic options as a supplement for the BeamNG cars for those who want it. There's still so many more vehicles I wanna add, that this will essentially just be my baseline framework for the armour on those future vehicles.

Just wondering if there are any plans to add the other modifications like the intakes, roof lights and heavier armor, great mod regardless though

Any chance would you be willing to do an armor pack for "1993 American Vehicle Pack (BUILD .41/.42)" vehicles as well?

@Valkerion™ I noticed that myself. Hopefully it still gets support for future updates, but we'll just have to wait and see.

I got the SVU3 main mod but didnt know he made a new upload for b42 SVU3 core before he quit. Hopefully someone picks up jack's mantle since he quit working on the mod right after that last update. Can check in his discord.

@meilroch I've been at work with it, but the SVU library has been changing constantly this past while; I had a stable build of it working in B42 with it but then SVU reverted back to the tsarlib since it got updated to B42, so now I have to remake it again for that. Hang tight, it's (slowly) getting there.
