Looking forward to giving this one a try, I have been enjoying your 400MMC's with varied destination setups.

It's a shame I didn't catch this now-missing comment, being partly responsible for the other 400EV, I feel I can say there's no hate from myself and I cannot condone fans/users/other modders to throw shade your way.

Your work has been of a much higher quality than my own and that is something I can appreciate as well as enjoy and not only that you have been clear and concise in your primary goal, that these models aren't intended for CBM initially, it's a mesh for another project.

About the capacity, i personally set them to the ones listed on brochures / maximum plated capacities, however this is something you can change on your own end with a text editor.

If you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1364210 (or wherever Steam may be located on your computer), then find the bus you want to edit the stats of using the ID (for example, this bus has the id 3388690897, which is in the link for the mod)

Once you open the folder for the bus, there should be a file with a .so format and a jumbled name (i.e this 400EV has c5de2775-068e-42ca-841a-a85fed25188d.so), and if you open that with a text editor (i.e Notepad++ or similar), you will be able to find the values for total capacity and seated capacity among other things, which you can change and i believe that should change it on your end for your own use

I love that there's choice between different versions of the same bus. Its the workshop, so its a free for all, without the need for "gate-keepers". Thank you for making your version public to share. Its a bummer that i wanted a bit more capacity however it hasn't stopped me using the mod and i'm quite impressed with the ease of repainting, the geometry and detail on the bus, one again well done sir and don't ever be put off by the comments section, we're all transport geeks behind a computer screen.

Also, like you said, you've granted us access to have a choice on the workshop so please don't feel like you have to explain, as there has been a recent shortage with creators creating Modern/future London and regional buses... so thank you!!!

In response to the now-missing comment and to other users that have made comments outside of Steam relating to this mod, my reasoning for making this is outlined in the description, as i was initially creating the bus solely for a project outside of City Bus Manager, however i wanted to port it in to trial and use in my saves. Given the effort involved in creating the model for this, I saw no reason to keep it private when others might also enjoy it in the same way i did, hence why i uploaded this to the workshop.

The other E400EV has its own benefits compared to this and is a mod that i have heavily used in my saves prior. And with all due respect, multiple mods of the same bus by different creators are not unheard of, and just to name a few prior examples where this has occured =

- ALX400
- Plaxton President (+ a bus type featured in the newest DLC)
- B7TL Gemini 1
- B9TL Gemini 2
- Citaro C2 RHD

Each of these buses has seen multiple versions uploaded by different creators over the years, and I believe this variety is a positive aspect of the modding community. Multiple versions of the same vehicle allow users to choose based on their preferences, whether that’s for game performance, passenger capacities, spec/length options and ease of repainting various designs based on the templates provided . This mod simply adds an option for players to choose, and, in my opinion, is no different to the mod examples listed.

I do not intend to be malicious in creating my mods, i simply enjoy making models and modding for this game allows me to easily bring my creations into somewhere i can use in new ways, and i also enjoy seeing what others do with things that i have created and shared with the community.
