Does this happen with the vanilla carrier? I have not touched anything that I think would break it but maybe I messed something up I will take a minute to see but it might be a vanilla problem

tried a test in the encyclopedia and the helicopters would not land. i launched 8 aircraft and 4 helos and 4 aircraft landed then the helos came in and got to the hovering near the carrier stage of the landing cycle before they got stuck there and did not move as all four helos ended up inside of each other
