I had the same issue as "T h e R a t" over here, and, yeah, that narrows it that this mod makes the Jalopy go mute.
*install it if you want to play the base HL2, but afterwards, either unsubscribe it :headcrab:

For some reason, this mod removes the sound from the Jalopy in Ep2. I did a LOT of troubleshooting and narrowed it down to this mod. Even with ONLY this mod enabled, the Jalopy has no engine noise at all.

I agree with the guy below since the coast has many rebels it make sense for them to be all over highway 17 and the beaches storming outposts and assisting Overwatch soldiers.

These guys deserve more levels, introducing them during the coast should work, and they definitely should be at Nova Prospekt, at least during the storming of the beach outside the prison with the antlions.

Once more, this causes all Hunters to have their volume completely off, in HL2 and EP1 too

technically these are used for CQC environments so could be, but i prefer them in forests. Suits them more.

@Bounter the zombine replacement mods dont replace the zombine in hl2 mod because the textures and model in the zombine in hl2 mod are separate from the episodes as in the base hl2 the zombine npc doesnt have a model or texture for some reason

the dirty combine prisonguard (nova prospekt) only appears in ep1 and ep2 in chapters of (hl2: ep1) chapter (undue alarm, direct intervention, urban flight and exit 17, in (hl2: ep2) only appears in chapters riding shotgun, under the radar, our mutual fiend, did you understand.

this mod, just like your zombine in HL2 mod, ahs some issues.

When playing both EP1 and HL2 base... Characters just, don't talk? Zombine spawns only with the vanilla model (despite replacement mods), and both it and Hunter mod, cause characters to have 0 audio.

When removing, audio's back and fixed.

So I have no idea what could be causing it, and yes, I have multiscript loader installed.
