Im pretty sure what is happening is hes making medium sized components to copy and paste to use as easier material, henceforth the industrial-like production of these contraptions, but nonetheless they are fun to use.

Spotlight has to be really big in order to see anything in the dark but if you make a bigger Spotlight it won't look like the one in the blueprint
