not really
apparently, you can just patch vehicles ingame from the vehicle interior framework's mod menu, so i consider this mod to be entirely redundant
i don't really use VIF anymore anyways, i'm more interested in the vehicle map framework

are there any plans for 1.6?

If I hadn't seen this mod, I wouldn't have thought of building walls to limit myself while I find that RV's minimum interior is 7*7(It's too big for me) lol:steamthumbsup:

have installed all dependencies, maybe caused by some order related issues. Thanks for information, I'll try to figure it out

you're gonna need the movable RV w/ interior mod, listed in the dependencies, and you'll need to make sure you're using a vehicle that's been patched - if everything is working correctly, you should see an "initialize interior" gizmo when selecting the vehicle
you should probably go look on the RV w/ interior page for further information/support

should I do something to see inner space of vehicles? after construction just see a single vehicle, no button shown or another map opened

i'm probably not gonna do it myself - again, not much of a naval lizard -, but, i will have a tutorial ready for it soon, so you could just do it yourself

Ive been waiting for a mod like this for awhile, do you think you can make it compatible with RimThunders big ship mods? Having basically a moving colony on water would be sick.

nice idea

update on future patches & tutorial video: really sorry to be doing this, but, i'm gonna have to delay it by a day
i tried to just wing it, but, it turns out i get a lot more stage fright than i remembered - tomorrow i'll have a full script ready, and, that should make it easier to record
apologies for any inconveniences, but, yeah

re: SRTS integration
for the foreseeable future, only vehicles using the Vehicles Framework by Smash Phil are likely to be patched like this

SRTS & VF have a completely different codebase and functionality - hypothetically, someone could try to make it work, but i don't have the skills for that and i don't think Enrico is interested
Aizuki 30 Dec, 2024 @ 2:52pm
do the interior only work with vehicle expanded core? im interested if SRTS can do interior too ...

it will be a nice New Year gift from you!
Waiting!
♠Miller♠  [author] 29 Dec, 2024 @ 1:23pm
this patch only applies to the RimThunder vehicles
it would be fairly easy to make an equivalent patch for VFE, it's really just some careful copy-pasting
with any luck, i should have a video tutorial for it by tomorrow, so you can just follow along and do it yourself
kenjibruh28 29 Dec, 2024 @ 1:20pm
wait can this work for the vfe cars n helis?
♠Miller♠  [author] 29 Dec, 2024 @ 8:09am
sure thing - i'll have something ready by tomorrow (europe time) at the latest
Peryn [Андрій] 29 Dec, 2024 @ 2:38am
Can you help me dot create the patch for

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3341519186&searchtext=vehicle+max

Meyar 28 Dec, 2024 @ 3:22pm

i tried my patch with the mod you linked, and, It Just Works
your mod manager will complain about the missing dependency, but it does seem to function

the two mods seem to share most or all of their functional code - in particular, the RimThunder patch calls on an RV with PD function -, so, i would cautiously recommend just using my patch as-is, or making a local copy and editing the about file if the dependency warning really annoys you
