No, the folder and file structure is not correct yet. You can check this on your computer by opening the following path inside your Steam installation if you install the mod from the Steam workshop

\steamapps\workshop\content\1286220\3393520003

I tried to update it and it is still big but on my own PC the folder is shown to have a small size. Does anyone have an idea why it becomes so big once uploaded to steam?

I think that I forgot to turn off background data and thats what made it so big :D

Hi @Rex

Please check the mod you have uploaded to Steam. When you uploaded the original/ game folder, it now takes up more than 4.5 GBs.
