@Gabofacha_
that's intentional! welder knowing blacksmithing recipes is almost definitely unintended- in exchange, welder gets a couple of useful perks, is way cheaper, and also knows all scrap metal weapon recipes by default. the blacksmith profession should have the sword recipes, i believe :)

hello! just when I was finished of building the lvl 3 forge with the welder I notice that the profession dont know the recipe for the simple swords (the iron ones). in vainilla this profesion is the only one that know how to forge swords, yes, even the blacksmith dont know.

I'll auto learn the sword recipe anyway, though it would be very cool that you implement this recipes!

@Hey Kyle should be fixed now! that's totally my bad, i messed up the mod.info file and accidentally did the old b41 format instead of the b42 one- everything should work now, hopefully your save should be fine too!

Oh weird, that definitely wasn't happening for me in testing- apologies about the save, but do you happen to have any other mods that mess with traits/professions?
Hey Kyle 2 May @ 1:59pm
Looks like it's not being recognized within B42 atm. I've unsubbed and resubbed multiple times and verified integrity, all resulting in the mod not even being seen in the modlist, therefore breaking my latest save. Anything I can provide to help debug?

aaaand updated for modern b42! all the crafting recipe additions to professions have been re-included, and i've gone ahead and rebalanced stuff using the suggestions in the thread and some of my own thoughts. let me know what you think :)
