Go to Body
Right click RootTransform
Click Add Scale to Transforms
There should be a scale at the bottom of the list in Body
Click it, then find the slider at the empty space on the right of the animation set editor.
Move the slider to scale it (if there is no light on either side, it's in it's original size).
