Ask the original porter, link in the description.
Not sure what you are doing, but porting a whole model into PAC3 is NOT a good idea... Just try to use Outfitter instead, it saves time...

I only optimized this model, but I can agree it's unpratical.

most of the eyebrows on the playermodel do not really work well, as the shape of the eyes dont change

First of all, make sure that you don't have both the optimized addon, and the original one.
It's probably common sense, but I don't know the addons you have, therefore I just can't tell what could make it vanish. It's Source and user-generated spaghetti code... It was expected.
As I said, try disabling (and not removing) all your addons. Try verifying the integrity files of Garry's Mod. Literally anything that could be the culprit even tho it looks completely unrelated.
If everything doesn't work... Try the original one. If it doesn't work too, your Garry's Mod may contain black magic or perhaps started to hate furries, because the placement of files are absolutely the same as all the other playermodels around.
Good luck trying to fix this oddity.

The playermodel works as expected, try disabling all your addons and try again, and if possible, use the official addon for singleplayer stuff.
If you are using Outfitter, use the default one, not Arms or NPC.

this isn't a playermodel, just an npc, you can't use this as a playermodel it just doesn't show up
