I've hit that problem in Gothic 2 as well, but only on Steam Deck for some reason - never on my PC. And even on Steam Deck it seems to only happen once after every quick load. I never figured out what caused it, but I'm guessing there's a bug in speed freak somewhere.

I've been using your mod for G1 in the end. It almost works. The only problem is the speed feature activates when using quickitems

So I checked it out and for whatever reason even the base zGamePad doesn't seem to work properly for me in Gothic 1. The bindings are just different, even though I've enabled Gothic 2-style controls and disabled Steam Input. I currently don't have much time to look into it, but if somebody figures it out - feel free to take my overlay as a basis

I'll take a look over the weekend, if it's not too different - I'll publish it

Can you make one for Gothic 1?

Fixed it. It was "screen info" mod(what a shame) which did a mess with the bindings and already have some conflicting features. I ended up using zUtilities instead; disabling quick loot and the speed of time. Now it's a joy to play! PD:sorry sh1t4 english

Not sure if something else causes conflicts, but I don't believe there's any specific mod order required. Are the actions bound to the same buttons as in the description, do they work if you press M/Z/V on the keyboard?

I have the required mods but something is not working well. Is there an especific load order?. The torches work well but the others not. I have other Union patches and bug fixes(advanced inventory, screen info, thief helper zBugFixes, no friendly fire)

Wait playing New Balance with controller... Is This even legal?

Alright, so I tested it and it works with NB.

Thanks! Don't know to be honest - never tried NB, I'm actually playing through Gothic 2 for the first time in my life, so I went with vanilla+union.

Hey, nice work. Do you maybe know if the zgamepad plugin is compatible with returning 2.0 (new balance), have read its not that easy because of the union version from returning.
