No manuals, you need basic knowledge of glua and a little bit of blender knowledge if you have any problems with the 3d model.
I don't think so, I've been uninterested in gmod for two months now. Maybe I will be if this game interests me again, but that's just a guess.
Maybe later, I'm developing another vehicle now

Left exhaust pipe in disconnected from the engine and muffler.
Since it's a car model problem I will understand if you can't fix it.

Also can you PLEASE put the taillights on the same position as brake lights in Hotknife.

(Just use headlights but change color to red.)
