Huh? That’s a red 4-pointed star, Ilnakov’s coat of arms. It’s on Ilnakov’s flag and also often used on IL military vehicles (like you can see here).

Ilnakov is a fictional country that doesn’t take inspiration from any other countries. If anything seems to be related to any other country specifically, it is not, and it’s a coincidence. Ilnakov originates in the IL Multiverse, which is owned (and copyrighted) by me.
