For those having problems adding to the 'extras' line just add vanilla items like this (Katana,Katana,Katana....) In this case you will get 3 katanas in inventory. No spaces. I have tried to add a modded item (Nodachi,Katana..) and it doesn't work at least with that mod. Good luck with zed killing.

can you help me figure out how to spawn custom items instead of the items listed above if not its ok I tried everything

No. Use "Did I Have A Car?". It's not a 100% guarantee but as long as you spawn near a car, you'll get the key.

... Ok? This mod literally has a spot when you can add any item you want to the start with list on top of those it adds a box for.

Sadly, cigs aren't working. Had it checked off and while I started with a lighter I didn't start with any cigs. Probably they changed the item name in the files which is the cause.
