Anyone who play sandbox can unlock this, true, BUT tho who play in survival mode or other mode/challenge, setting cant be change, you cant make zombie easier to kill, you cant make item spawn more to loot, you cant make electric and water run forever, and you CANT unlock this feature

There's already a sandbox option that allows this. :P
