oh yeah that's the addon it does conflict with you are right
i just disabled the hl2 jalopy and the american classics are visible now
i wonder why does it do that

i had the same issue but looking at the problems tab, this mod conflicts with the hl2 muscle car glide version ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3394098804 ) so by disabling it now this mod shows in the spawn menu. hope this helps
