i don't think, they didn't enable the mod. becuz, it's always disable when you download some workshop items/mods, always double check the mods. when you open your game.

it doesn't change how you drag it around,dumbahh,it makes it so you can rotate objects in someones hand without it locking into the place it was picked up as.And also it does work?
