Compatibility Patches should always be loaded after their referenced mods, so yes.

Does this patch also gives organic ships looks for the NSC ships? Last I tried, this mod didn't which confused me so I don't know if I ran into a bug, some mod conflict or something. The description here only says it does stuff for the Grand Citadel, does that apply to the Solar Stronghold tier of NSC Starbase?
