The mod is already in the workshop. "color-" works the same as "color+", just in the opposite way.
That would be awesome for me. When I start to conquer too much all of the things look the same. I don't know why it irks me, but it irks me.
I had a mod on this topic; if you want, I can restore it, but I warn you! All vassals in all scenarios will regain their original colors assigned by their developer.
