They are crashing the game after last update when you try to load them into a mission, and I am going to assume that your Iowa updates will probably do the same. I haven't tested your other ships. Hope we can get this sorted out....?

@NIGHTMARE_(AUT) Thanks for the input

Montana as Museum ship? Montaana NEVER existed, its was only planned....

There is an Iowa mod which removes the Tomahawk ABLs and (on one of the two variants) adds back the four removed 5-inch gun batteries back to the ship. It would be neat to see the Montana mod given a 1940s-era version, replacing the missiles and CIWS with said 5-inch guns and some 76mm anti-aircraft guns.

Great addon, would LOVE to see something similar for the Alaska Class Battlecruisers or HMS Vanguard!

True for the Phoenix, it includes both versions, but not for the Tomahawk 109F (which was the one I looked at and I assumed the other one would also have the same problem) it only includes the old values, CounterMeasuresRejection and NoiseRejection.
GoldLeader108  [author] 18 Mar @ 2:54pm
It has both so that it works in any version of the game.

Hi @GoldLeader108

usn_rgm-109f and usn_rim-54a still use the old values for ECCM: CounterMeasuresRejection and NoiseRejection instead of the new ones:

AntiCountermeasuresBonus=x.xx // This value subtracted from probability of spoofing by countermeasures (0...1)

AntiJammerBonus=x.xx // This value subtracted from probability of being jammed (0...1)

The issue with that is the SoDaKs were effectively shrunken North Carolinas which were already smaller than the Iowas as is, and the proportions would just be near impossible to get right off an Iowa hull. I am looking into trying to make some British BBs though, maybe a Vanguard or KGV

I know the South Dakota Classes were forgotten by this point, (USS Alabama and USS Massachusetts were boiler-gutted to give parts to the Iowa Classes and USS Indiana and USS South Dakota were scrapped), but I'd love to see your work bring them to life here much like you did the Montana Class.

I wonder if anyone will make a IJN Yamato mod
GoldLeader108  [author] 11 Jan @ 10:35am
Strike Cruiser Virginia will take a while I think, I ran into some serious issues when making it as far as how to position everything, but once I get it all figured out I'll put it up
A100percentBEEF 10 Jan @ 7:10pm
Oh HELL yeah
I was hoping the next NATO upload would be Strike Cruiser'd Virginia, but this somehow tops that.

When one really just wants to pillage the other side, VLS Montana seems to be the way to go.
GoldLeader108  [author] 10 Jan @ 1:17pm
Depends, what does your mod entail?
GoldLeader108  [author] 9 Jan @ 6:35am
How would you suggest I do that? I can't scale the hull itself, so it would be entirely just Iowa with just scaled down main guns, so I'm open to ideas
trampe 8 Jan @ 5:24am
How about Alaska cruiser ?
GoldLeader108  [author] 7 Jan @ 6:29pm
It's possible, just very sacreligious, not that I haven't done things like that before, see Marshal Zhukov.
Scfieartist 7 Jan @ 10:37am
Is it possible to remove the rear gun from the Iowa to add Harriers and a couple helos perhaps?
Angry Durian 6 Jan @ 4:48pm
What could've been, were it not for people who cared more about reality (cringe) than coolness (based) during World War II
GreasegunGus 6 Jan @ 12:25pm
FUCK YES
GoldLeader108  [author] 5 Jan @ 5:40pm
It would be, I believe so yes
Decadence 5 Jan @ 5:33pm
Yeah, it's a shame. I was the guy who asked about that. If the devs add support for importing models and such, would it become possible then? Sorry if it's a bother to ask.
GoldLeader108  [author] 5 Jan @ 5:28pm
As I explained when someone requested Illinois and Kentucky for the VLS Iowa, there is nothing in game with pennant numbers this high, otherwise I would. The Montanas go from BB-67 to BB-71, nothing else is that high up
carnos 5 Jan @ 5:02pm
Can you add lettering to the ships?
Snake Eater 5 Jan @ 12:48pm
The Montana is the last ship I would have ever expected to see in Sea Power
tallison1 5 Jan @ 11:45am
Know this will probably be an iowa kitbash so options will be limited but would think the Mo would have more room for the ciws, box launchers etc, when removing the light aa without need to remove the 10x2 5"54 (which would be designed with larger turret rings, barbettes etc. Perhaps a combination of Mk 45 gun, mk 29 GMLS and OTO 76mm guns in their place instead
GoldLeader108  [author] 5 Jan @ 10:14am
It has one?
gnt2hk 5 Jan @ 10:02am
Nice! VLS version soon?
.Special 5 Jan @ 9:24am
I'm bricked
