This simply replaces these three emergent factions' colours, banners, and names. The game will still work like in vanilla where your game's campaign difficulty determines how many emergent threats show up. If you want all three no matter the difficulty, use my 'All Three Late Game Invasions - All Difficulties' mod I have linked in the text below this mod.

Are these 3 foreigners showing up all the same time? Or some earlier than others? Do they show up with large armies?

The Norwegians don't scare me but the others 2 are serious and don't have to be taken smiling/smirking at.

Compared to the non-OL version of this mod, the only faction difference is the Dane's faction banner, which I guess here isn't as close of a blue to the faction colours compared to the Dane's flag from the non-OL version.

yes, I'm still waiting for the release of new updates and, accordingly, new animations. Because, apart from the limitations in the global map, the game has a lot of prospects.

Conquering all of Britannia as the French or Norwegian kingdoms would be soooo fun tbh.

I can see the factions in shieldwall too, so apparently it does work, at least in custom battles.

I use a mod for that, More and diverse Garrisons for Shieldwall for exciting settlement battles

I do not know, I don't use Shieldwall since it's not compatible with the minor town garrisons mod, so I haven't tested it. Feel free to and reply here if you wish!
