Started getting a crash after anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes. Did not have this crash before the update to Bandits v2. As the game has not updated recently I think there may be a conflict with Bandits v2.
Running nearly 70 mods and after removing one at a time only this mod causes a crash to main menu (not a CTD issue) With all other mods installed, no crash, if I add this it begins to crash.
Hope this helps.
Love this mod, and hope to re-add it soon.
Thank you for your work, it's appreciated.
Can you fix it please!
I wanted to ask as well, do you plan to implement/support more vehicle armor/car mods in your mod? I ask because i have some of the @KI5 car mods, they have armor, but in my tests, zombies didnt got affected by it.
Thanks once again, awaiting for feedback, cheers.
@Red Rocket.TTV having potentially the same issue, i dont think zombies in my game are taking damage from any thumpables after 42.2+.
Important Note: While vehicle damage is now fully functional, SVU3 detection is still a Work in Progress. Currently, vehicle damage works but will only register as base METAL damage (1.25×) rather than applying specific SVU armor multipliers.
- Implemented new dedicated vehicle damage processing system that runs periodically instead of every tick
- Built sophisticated angle-based part detection system:
- Intelligently identifies best-fitting part (engine, trunk, doors) based on zombie's attack angle
- Customizable detection ranges per part type (e.g., doors: 2.4 tiles, trunk: 2.7 tiles)
- Proper part identification for more realistic damage application
- Added zombie damage cooldown system to prevent excessive damage application
- Separated vehicle logic from standard thumping system for better control
Check the full Changelog for additional details!
And yes, SVU doesnt have a B42 workshop tag and comment section, but it works now with Kitsune lib!
Do you plan to update his other mod that introduces spiked barricades? Without it, each object hurts the same, something i've changed in my mod.
