@春雪 My difficulty remastered mod, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2975631217 , also removes that. Unfortunately, the bonus AI aggression towards the player is part of the difficulty settings, not the AI personalities, so it can't be changed without also changing the AI

Hi is that possible to remove the AI extra hostility towards human players? I had a single player faction game of 3v3v3 of me and 8 AI. But it turns out after 15rounds I was constantly attacked by almost every vassal free city and infestations on the map including those I have no vision(it was high world threat and I was at the center). At the same time my AI teammates were barely attacked. It was a little annoying to play with so I wonder whether this is because of pure strategic reason (location, social traits, strength etc) or AI bias on it.
I know the Fairplay AI mod mentioned it, but with that mod AI(extra hard+major adv) was still too weak. So I just want to know if there's any other solution to it. Thanks!

@Aten Removed the Spy personality because it didn't have a real play pattern to associate with (moved the two spies to Sage & Merchant respectively). Moved some personalities around when there was overlap (For instance there were 2 Chaos Warlords, one of them is a Sage now). And better focused each of the personalities on achieving it's preferred victory condition.

@Kaige - Great mod, what was the new update?

@Kaige Thanks for clearing that up, cheers mate.

If it helps the primary affinity is tied to the color of the icon. The secondary affinity is hidden from the player, but I'm also not sure how much the secondary affinity actually matters

It was my update that had the affinity icons yes, I removed them since I put preferences back in
Estoc Bestoc 8 Mar @ 8:49am
@Kaige Did you update that recently? Because i remember using your mod but still having the little Affinity icons. Or maybe i'm misremembering.

@Estoc Bestoc They are actually still there, because they're actually there by default, I just removed the text talking about them since it takes up the description

Bit sad to see the Primary and Secondary Affinity preferences gone.

Quite the question I have. Because this removes the modifiers that push them to play worse, does this make them more warmongery, and less diplomatic oriented overall?
Kaige  [author] 13 Jan @ 6:35pm
No I changed how they work by removing most of the personality specific modifiers since they make the AI play worse

I dont quite understand, have you actually changed how they act, or simply the description of the personalities so we better understand which one to pick?

I'm not seeing any primary/secondary affinities or any moral preference for Fyrd-King.
I'm also missing moral preferences for any of the Sage, Merchant or Spy personalities in the tool descriptions.

Chef's kiss.
I really don't understand why Triumph got this hate boner for hiding gameplay information behind flowery speech.
We got pop-ups within pop-ups already, at least present us the nitty gritty numbers if we hover over the nth pop-up within pop-up.

So just for telling those deatails straight already is very nice.

Will need to check out how this actually changes the AI in terms of (diplomatic) performance

That's what I was asking! (I thought you had made a mod where the AI acted identical to its alignment, and personality I was gearing up to get sieged for a change. ;)
Kaige  [author] 8 Jan @ 1:13pm
Not sure what you mean, this mod pretty simply just removes the personality modifiers from the AI

I've been wanting something like this for a long time. Can you include some of the changes?
