Not sure if that is part of the mod or not.
And no my PC isn't overheated or anything, but...
On july 15th (starting date, - july 9th, as usual), the buildings in west-point started glitching visually. While driving a car on the ground floor in the city centre, I've seen 2nd floors of a few buildings around me, then they mixe dup in a weird way (again, visually), I've had extreme stuttering in FPS, and then I crashed into somethign and I;ve died while having weird visual glitch there when buildings and all tiles around me mixed with each other lol...
There were 0 errors though
From what i understand, after a certain number of days the police and military go into a kind of "purge" mode and, at first, kill anyone that is sick or commits any sort of crime including siphoning gas from cars (how i died once). After ~1 day of that they go into a full purge mode and just shoot anyone in sight.
I might be wrong but that has been my experience so far and from a roleplay perspective it does make sense to me. They're trying to do like a damage control so the less people that have the ability to turn into a zombie the better until it culminates in them dropping a nuke in an attempt to kill anyone who's not in a basement in time. (Which can be disabled by fighting your way through the military bunker and finding a specific room. I just get shot until i'm a pile of goop when I try lol)
I'm super excited for the full release of build 42 so we can get a stable version of this mod that doesn't break when they devs make little changes (not the mod creators fault or the developers really just something that happens when the version is being frequently updated)
This was only Day 2.
I like all aspects of the mod. I also really liked the atmosphere at the end. Absolute despair. I even shuddered. This mod is the best thing that ever happened to this game.
