You should be able to use the airbases, the Port Heidon ones in particular are the source of most of your heavy firepower and AWACS capability.

Re: Circling bombers, I'm not sure how to fix that, maybe adding a Soviet airbase somewhere?

Re: AS-2s, I think the crashing is due to the missiles not being intended for land attack/overland attack. They can strike land targets, but aren't very good at it.

Re Flags: when I go in and update this mod, I'll force nationality. Probably mix in some Canadian, Soviet and Japanese boats to make things fun. ;)

Agree, excellent mission. Bit long but i dont mind and yeah, noticed the Icelandic flag also :steamhappy:

BTW, i could use the airbases to full effect.

Excellent mission, (probably as good as Escalation Grenada)

Some remarks :

Some AS-2s of Tu-16Ks crash in the mountains (may be logical knowing that they are old missiles)

The Tu-16Ks circle in the air after launching the AS-2s without withdrawing.

You could also change the Icelandic flag on fishing vessels to an American flag !

Finally, can we use planes from air bases? (for the coherence of the scenario)
