No, I am talking about holy orders. I'm not so sure about Russian one, but about Serbian and Greek - these were holy orders except Phanariots - they were not classified as a "holy" order but they worked like one

@✠ 𝓓𝓡𝓐𝓖𝓞 ✠ Aren't the names you've mentioned medals exclusively?
I think there was Order of St. Alexander Nevsky, the Order of Saint George, there was the Order of the Dragon in Serbia, there was an Order of St. Stefan (Стуб Светог Стефана) an Order of st. Sava (first Serbian archbishop), but Serbia fell to ottoman invaders pretty soon after EU4 start date, Greeks had Phanariots (they had influence all across the Balkans, expanding Greek influence, propaganda, using their influence in the Ottomans to expand their Church and rule and remove influence of other Churches), Varangians were kind of a knightly order in Byzantium, even tho they were of Norse/Rus origins they were protectors of the Byzantine emperor, and he wouldn't let heathens and pagans to be his protectors for sure, there might be in Georgia but I am not sure.
