So doing some digging into the old item randomizer this was based on, the original maker said in a comment that shop pools can break if certain special items aren't set to an item level of 10 in the items.json file.
So what i did was clone this mod files into my local files and fixed the items that should be set at item_level: 10 and that fixes the issue with arms and armour stores starting in hamlet and on selling nothing but rocks.
The issue was that the Arms & Armour stores were trying to generate rare items to sell and couldn't because there weren't any rare items for it to call from so i assume the fail-safe sell pool is just... rocks.

It removes the floor limitations on all item spawns, so Floor 1 can spawn items that are normally locked to Floor 20, items that also COULDNT spawn randomly, now can. There are a couple exceptions.

I don't quite catch how mod works, so it spawns random items on ground, or randomizes drop?
Or both?

I would suspect an issue like this to be caused by how stores generate stock(probably in the source code). I suspect this issue will not be fixable through json editing, but when I have a chance Ill try to reproduce the issue.

Not sure where else i would possibly submit a bug report about this but once you hit Hamlet the arms and armor stores bug out and start only selling rocks from there on out, before then they function just fine

After clicking "load mod", the button should switch to "unload mod", after which you can click "Start Modded Game" at the bottom right.

If "unload mod" doesn't appear, there may an issue with the game files and I'd recommend you validate the files.

Nothing happens when I press load mod ingame
