@ltjgbeam Mod needs to be updated due to the split of Harpoon variants as of latest beta.

ships are invisible when looking at them from other vessels

Is there supposed to be a SH-2 or some other helicopter attached? Right now there's just an empty hanger with 1 aircraft slot.

I have a problem...
The model appears on encyclopedia, but when I input them into mission editer, it disappears!

I checked your other mod "Arleigh Burke DDG Mod - Vanilla" the "Arleigh Burke FltI" also disappears when zoomed out.

There is a serious bug with the ship.
When zoom out at a certain scale, disappear the ship!
If select another ship and zoom out on the kongo, it disappears faster.

Add Dotmod to you description as i told you to do please

@nuclearstonk - Agreed. But I am starting out simple, and with minimal changes to the vanilla game. So I used only weapons in the base game. That way trouble-shooting the mod is a little simpler. If there's a problem, I know it's probably in my code, for the Mod.

Eventually I hope that Triassic Games will expand the Game into the present day. There seems to be a demand for it, as shown by the popularity of your NTU Mod. :)

Salvo Regards!

@ltjgbeam this would mean that the kongo class ships must also have block IIIB SM-2 and SM-3, and RGM-109B TASM was out of service in 1994, so at the very least no JMSDF ship should ever have anti-ship tomahawk other than the extremely modern maritime strike tomahawk
ltjgbeam  [author] 16 Jan @ 12:15pm
@nuclearstonk I left the Tomahawks on the Kongo-class because the USNI reported that the U.S. Navy began training Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force personnel on the Tomahawk cruise missile during March 2024, according to a statement by Japan Defense Minister Minoru Kihara.

Japan plans to install the Tomahawks on its eight Aegis destroyers: four Kongō class, two Atago class and two Maya class, and on the two new Aegis system-equipped destroyers to be commissioned in 2027 and 2028.

So I decided to just leave them onboard. Saves having to add them later... :)

the JMSDF doesnt operate tomahawks, so a kongo loadout would be 82x SM-2 and 8x ASROC
ltjgbeam  [author] 15 Jan @ 6:42pm
Update workshop item - tweaked launch angles for ASROC. When fired directly behind the ship, the missile would sometimes fly through the superstructure. Adjusted launch angles, Seems to be working. Let me know if you encounter any weird situations. Salvo Regards!

Corrected squirrelly, corkscrewing RUR-5 ASROC launch that often crashed the ASROC and destroyed the Mk-46 Torpedo.

I downloaded this mod and the mod of us navy Arleigh burke destroyer's, and i want the modern french, english, russian, italian warships.
I would the Horizon Class and Fremm Class of French and Italian Navy, the Type 45 english destroyer and type 23 english frigate, the modern russian frigate, the De la Penne class italian destroyer, the Cavour and Garibaldi Italian aircraft carriers. I don't know how to create mods and I hope that someone builds mods for these modern ships, please.

The instructions I followed to get the SeaLifter and Anchor Chain Mods installed and working are here: https://seapower-modders.github.io/AnchorChain/install-anchor-chain.html#installing-anchor-chain

Be sure to scroll up to the top of the webpage and follow all the directions. The page scrolls to the bottom when loaded. After installing SeaLifter, Anchor Chain, (and BepInEx, the free and open source Unity mod loader) go into Sea Power's Mod Manager and activate them. SeaLifter needs to be higher in the load order than Anchor Chain.

Then subscribe to the @Mitchell600 Arleigh Burke Mod, and then the Kongo Mod. After that activate the Mods in the Sea Power Mod Manager.

After activating the Mods, a quick way to verify the loaded is to go into the Encyclopedia and look up the ships.

Hope things work out for everyone!

Salvo Regards!

Thanks to Dotmod for letting the Sea Power Modding Community use their Arleigh Burke model in Sea Power!

Check these guys out at ---> https://dotmodgroup.github.io/

Thanks also to @Mitchell600 for taking the time and effort to get the permission to use the model in the first place.

BRAVO ZULU Gentlemen!
