-house adoption allowed for all, cant adopt npcs in line to inherit, can adopt adults, can use influence to boost acceptance
-adventurer adoption can adopt npcs of your dynasty and other dynasties
-create cadet decision require level 3 prestige and dynasty splendor, coa generation is more random and no longer always use the quartering
BC, those can be done in vanilla already.
option A- you adopt them in your house and give them shelter. now you can marry them with your daughters, good option for those who dislike matrilineal marriages.
option B- Adopt them as your kid but disinherited. Don't want to mess up succession with blood kin.
Option C-Adopt them as your own and enabled succession, good for extra compassionate folks and those who are in dire need for successor.
