you ment xml? just check video tutorials, Ill give you a lil tutorial

1. make a new vehicle with a block you want to edit
2. save it as "xml"
3. go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Stormworks\data\vehicles
4. search "xml"
5. open xml file with notepad
6. edit block by changing values in r="1,0,0,0,1,0,0,0,1" (for example r="3,0,0,0,1,0,0,03,")
7. save file
