...I hope I don't upset the creator with this comment about the black walls lol, I hope not because his work is incredible... BUT...
This is a warning for those who use this, if you have problems with error messages or walls with a black texture where the models are, see if any mod you use has any map modifications JUST for the canals maps in Route Kanal. I installed a similar mod and those errors started appearing, but when I deactivated it, everything was fixed.

the zombie encounter is normal for me, dont see the issue with that

Really really cool and well done mod. Others have reported the texture bugs but I also noticed that the Manhacks when you first encounter Metrocops in d1_canals_03 won't pass through the ceiling grate despite nothing being blocked.

Also the zombie ambush sequence for the hidden grenade is broken. The zombie won't destroy the crate to jumpscare you and instead just sit there. I know these are pretty minor all things considered but I thought I mention them regardless.

i took this mod from gmod, theres no black mesa xen asset mods on gmod, i cant take it from the original black mesa because i cant find all the models necessary

also, ima post this on all of my mods and collections- should i make a discord? For announcements when i make new mods, updates, or development progress etc. I think it would be useful for those who want to see progress on things like the houndeye in hl2 mod etc.
