The one you linked seems to be similar, but it only scales up to level 50. This one scales infinitely.

If another mod makes their vanilla level go up, then yes their stats should scale

Are the npcs the only ones becoming immortal? It looks like I put scaling on armor defense, so slightly high level armor would make one immortal. I'll fix that right now

I figured it doesn't have anything to do with the damage but the enemy's armor values, they reach pretty high levels and I think that might be why I can't deal damage to anything

ok I've only tested it with weapons, but theoretically now it should allow anything to scale

you could just patch levelingmultipliers.functions to change "clamp" to "extrapolate" instead of overwriting buildscripts i think
