Yes, Titans are exclusively used to fight in "Operations" To increase the chances of it happening, would be apart of the greater scheme of things, but that's it for now

yes it can, nothing currently breaks the mod, the update should be out in the following months, maybe march or april, so until then this version can work unless paradox changed some weird mechanic
