It sounds like something which modifies the slave tab. I will check at some point and see if it is.

When a slave is at "Suppression: 100%" (thing who happens easily by the use of collar & body strap apparels) the task "attemps to convert slave" doesn't happens (and cannot be forced), because the slave doesn't need suppression (the need of convert should be checked, not only the need of suppression).
Also, the "Target ideoligion" feature is missing (see prisoners).
If you could fix this, it would be a great mod!
The warden will both convert AND suppress when choosing the Convert option on the slave menu.
Everyone I recommend to pair this mod with the mod linked above if your wardens have different ideologies.
It helps me force my pawns with different ideologies to convert to my primary one, with slavery in the steps of course.
Also I'm glad this mod now exists.
