@Ink_Shadow, for most of issues, setting "Texture Resolution" to "High Quality" resolved it

@gdde, yes, sorry for that, it's a custom script issue, some animations like head movement are not based on engine.runtime, so depending on fps an other hardware or WE settings, the speed can change with the same Wallpaper settings, what's why there's a head speed setting, I should work on it ;)

I set the wallpaper as a high quality wallpaper and it was back to normal, thank you for your answer.

@Spark, do you see the "problem" in the sample video ? if not, it's related to your settings or computer, there's an option to disable eyes shadows, and don't forget to put "High Quality" in "Texture Resolution" WE setting.
